“We used Inti Construction to structurally enhance the first floor and add a new second floor to our 1930’s Cambridge property.
As with all projects, there were difficult decisions to be made at times but with Inti, we overcame those difficulties. At times there were opportunities for potential improvements and we are still very grateful for those. One example is a small change in the roof structure build that gave us a far better internal head height.

“We used Julian Vargas and his team to build a first floor kitchen extension to our double fronted terrace house in Cambridge, which he completed in December 2012. This involved putting in under floor heating, 6 metre wide triple-glazed sliding doors and laying a new patio in the garden, refitting existing and fitting new kitchen units and new oven ventilation, replacing four existing sashed windows on two stories with double glazed units, and a complete redecoration. We were very pleased with the way the work was carried out, given we were still living in the house, and the quality of the final outcome.
We can strongly recommend Julian for his logistical abilities in engaging and managing a skilled team of specialists and for his committed hands-on approach to the work. He displayed superb organisational skills in delivering a high quality building project on time to a tight timetable.
